We offer a wide variety of baked goods that are sure to tantalise your taste buds. From our signature lemon drizzles to our bakewell tarts, we use only the finest and sustainable ingredients to create mouthwatering treats that are both delicious and visually stunning. We are constantly experimenting with new flavours and textures to keep our menu fresh and exciting.

Great ingredients make great treats.
We believe that quality ingredients make all the difference. That's why we use only the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients, where we can, in all of our baked goods.
All our gluten free flours are milled in the UK and we hand blend them, when we are ready to create our treats.
We create various blends depending on what we are baking.
We use healthy oils for all our treats.
Depending on what our recipe needs we use:
We use a dairy free plant based spread in most of our bakes. We are currently trialing a new spread that replaces palm oil with shea butter.
Our frostings only contain plant butter.
We do not use any sweeteners or any white refined sugars.
Instead we mainly use healthier plant syrups such as agave or coconut blossom.
When we have to use sugars we only use unrefined brown sugars.
We only use fresh vegetables and fruits, we try to keep these as seasonal as possible.
Our edible flowers only come from one source in the UK as they are fully traceable.
Our herbs and our spices are freshly ground as and when they are needed to keep them as fresh as possible.
We use various seeds in our bakes. depending on the treat. We use pumpkin, sunflower, chia, flax, hemp.
Nuts are used in our bakery but are all stored independently of each other as our customers have different allergies to various nuts, so cross contamination is kept to a minimum.
Most of the grains we use are in the flours we use but sometimes we will use the whole grain.
All our chocolate, dark, milk and white, cacao nibs and cocoa powder are all ethically sourced where possible.
We use various teas in our bakes black, white, green and herbal.
We use various coffee depending on the strength needed for the bake.
