Deliveries

Postal Deliveries

All postal deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail, 1st Class, Small Parcel, and require a signature upon receipt. You will be notified by email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you are unavailable at the time of delivery by Royal Mail. To ensure timely arrival, please place your orders well in advance.


Delivered by Us

Delivery to your specified address is complimentary if you reside in Buntingford or Nuthampstead.

A delivery fee of £3.00 applies for deliveries to Royston, Puckeridge, Cottered, and nearby villages.

For destinations beyond these areas, a higher delivery charge will apply, which will be determined after placing your order.

We are also willing to meet you halfway if you are located further away.

Please note that once your order is delivered, we will no longer be responsible for it.


Collections

You are more than welcome to collect your order from our bakery; however, please be aware that we will not be responsible for the order once it has left our premises.
