By using this website treatsfromthekitchen.co.uk you accept all of our terms and conditions.  If there is something you do not agree with, please contact us so we can resolve your query.  Amendments to our terms and conditions can be made at any time, without notice.  Please ensure you have read these before placing any orders.

Ordering from this website

By placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation, confirming your order has been received by us.  If you notice any errors on the order confirmation, please contact us immediately to rectify the error.

If you wish to add to your order, please contact us so we can see if we can accommodate your extra order.

Minimum order quantities

Minimum order quantities are as shown in our online shop as minimum pieces depends on the bake you are ordering.

If it’s a whole cake ordered, then the minimum order does not apply.

Prices and Payment

Full payment is to be received before any orders are dispatched for delivery or collection.  Or an alternative payment arrangement has been made.  All our prices include VAT at the UK rate and prices are subject to change without notice given.  Payment will be made through our chosen provider.

Delivery and Collection

Posted to you (non-frosted cakes only) we use 1st class small parcel signed for Royal Mail which you pay.
Collected from Nuthampstead, Hertfordshire, a convenient time will be arranged between us and you for collection of your treats.
Delivered within Royston, Puckeridge, Buntingford, Cottered and surround villages will incur a delivery charge which you will pay on checkout of your order.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched with a tracking number and you will also receive an email if you have made arrangements for collection.

We will not be held responsible if you are not available when your order is being delivered via Royal Mail.  Please ensure you order in plenty of time for your treats to arrive.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel your order, you need to give us at least 48 hour notice.  Otherwise a refund will not be made to you.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us straight away with the reason and photos, so we can look into this as quickly as we can and get back to you.
